What it Means to Sponsor Special Needs Hockey

The Great Blizz is grateful to our friends, partners, and corporate and private donors. These groups continue to generously support our amazing athletes as they sponsor special needs hockey in the South Shore Region, MA. With their tremendous sponsorships and charitable contributions, our partners are directly impacting the lives of the special people in our community by giving them the opportunity to achieve success both on and off the ice.

It is no secret that ice hockey is an expensive sport. Our wonderful supporters help us pay for:

Ice time every Saturday morning for months and months and months
Tons of protective equipment plus ice skates, sticks, and uniforms
Storage for our sweaty equipment 🙂
Travel expenses to national tournaments to proudly represent Southeastern Mass and the Cape
